The data controller is the operator named in the Impressum. When you place an order we process your name, email, phone number, delivery address, ordered items, notes and order status in order to fulfil the contract, communicate with you, manage stock and meet statutory retention duties.
Verantwortlicher ist der im Impressum genannte Betreiber. Bei Bestellungen werden Name, E-Mail, Telefon, Lieferadresse, bestellte Waren, Hinweise und Bestellstatus zur Vertragsabwicklung, Kundenkommunikation, Lagerverwaltung und gesetzlichen Aufbewahrung verarbeitet.
Email notifications are sent via the configured SMTP mailbox. The system stores the delivery status, send time and any error messages of customer confirmation and owner notification emails for troubleshooting.
E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen werden über das konfigurierte SMTP-Postfach versendet. Versandstatus, Versandzeitpunkt und Fehlermeldungen für Kunden- und Betreiber-E-Mails werden zur Nachvollziehbarkeit gespeichert.

On the homepage, Google Maps can be loaded after a click to show the store address and route. Once loaded, your browser connects to Google, which may transmit your IP address, browser information and access time to Google.
